Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you have any certifications?
    Yes, our therapist is licensed and is also certified in MLD, Post op care, and 3x advanced Colombian Certified.
  • Do you all offer Bridal/Bachelorette services?
    Yes, please email us at info@nchantedoasis.com, should you have any questions.
  • What happens upon arrival to my home or venue?
    We will arrive at least 20 minutes prior to start time. This gives us enough time to get you on the bus and make sure that paperwork is signed. Please be sure that you have a place to park the bus (4 parking spaces and no steep incline) that would not be of any inconvenience to anyone else.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $75 which is your nonrefundable deposit.
  • Is there a travel fee?
    There will be a $2 fee per mile outside of the 30-mile radius of zip code 37207
  • What is your cancellation policy for spa parties?
    Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $500 which is your nonrefundable deposit. However, you may reschedule your party for a later available date.
